To our customers

We love what we do, and want you to have the most enjoyable experience with us. So that we can best serve you, please respect our requests:

 

We collect a 50% deposit for new customers; 


We collect a 50% deposit on services scheduling two or more hours of time. This includes multiple services booked for one person or more.

 

Appointments scheduled online or through our Mind Body App require full payment at the time of scheduling. 

 

All new eyelash extension sets for new and returning customers require full payment at the time of scheduling. 

 

If you need to change, cancel, or reschedule appointments, please give us a 36-48 hour notice to receive a refund or credit of your deposit. We are not able to issue refunds or credits if you miss or “no-show” your appointment.

 

For returning customers, missed appointments may incur a minimum $25 fee, payment of missed service in full, and/or prepayment of future appointments. The fee is collected at the time of cancellation or prior to scheduling a future appointment.

 

If arriving late for an appointment, we make every effort to accommodate you during the allotted time frame for the service. If we are late for your appointment, we will perform the service in its entirety. 

 

We welcome children at Dermistique as long as they are quiet during services and do not disturb others. 

 

Product returns are welcome for unopened products within 14 days of the purchase.
